In December, the United Way Ghana team came together for our annual staff offsite meeting to reflect on our achievements in 2024 and draft the roadmap for an even greater 2025.From impactful programs to innovative collaborations, 2024 has been a year of transformation - and we're proud of the strides we made together. We’re taking a moment to revisit an inspiring day filled with talent, creativity, and celebration! In commemoration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities last week, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC and United Way Ghana visited the Accra Rehabilitation Centre to celebrate the incredible abilities of individuals within the centre.From breathtaking works of art to soul-stirring music, and innovative fashion designs, we were blown away by the immense talent on display. This visit was a powerful reminder of the limitless potential of differently enabled persons when given the opportunity and support to thrive.Together, we celebrated not just talent, but resilience, creativity, and inclusion. Let’s continue to champion a world where everyone’s abilities are valued and celebrated!Here’s to inclusion, empowerment, and creating opportunities for all.
